The meal may consist of a dinner buffet where guests are professionally served from a food station in floor length elegant color linens set with complete polished serving pieces. The Buffet table is placed strategically throughout the room. 
Having a buffet-style meal does not mean that you have to sacrifice sophistication. A buffet can be formal when served by stylish wait-staff and a station that is dressed to fit your style and vision.
